Woodlands proudly features and displays an impressive array of gourmet foods, confections and ingredients from all over the globe. We also make every effort to support small enterprise, and our shelves hold many items from local producers of candies, cakes, salsas and olive oils, among other high quality products brought to us from the farms and kitchens of nearby counties. Sharon Grossetti is our buying and merchandising expert, and arranges artful displays of confections, sauces, condiments and other delicious goods while keeping Woodlands' shelves up-to-date with current gourmet food trends and popular favorites. Lisa Lee chooses greeting cards, gift wrapping, candles as well as giftware & novelty items. We're always on the lookout for the interesting and attractive items that make each visit to Woodlands a new and exciting gourmet adventure.

Behind the scenes of every successful show is a top-notch stage crew, who ensure our aisles are packed with everything on your shopping list. Woodlands carries around 20,000 items which must be ordered and placed on the shelves, in the dairy cases, the beverage counters and the freezers. Starting well before dawn each day, the team ensures the full and perfectly aligned shelves that greet our customers each morning. It may look easy, but most folks have no idea how much work and attention is behind each box of cereal and quart of milk.
