Acclaimed chef Roxanne Klein is bringing her groundbreaking raw food cuisine to Woodlands Market through a new line of gourmet food products under the Roxanne’s Fine Cuisine label. Debuting on Monday January 28, Roxanne’s Fine Cuisine will include 34 different products including prepared foods, dry goods and ice creams.

All the products were developed by Roxanne Klein and are made from raw and living foods, which are organic and use no dairy, eggs, gluten or refined sugars. Roxanne’s Fine Cuisine features such signature preparations as:

  • Pinwheel Sandwiches ($7.49)
  • Three types of Nutmilk Cheeze ($6.99)
  • Sprouted Granolas ($9.99)
  • Rox Kreme Ice Creams ($6.99)
  • Snap Crackers ($7.99) and
  • Triple Layer Chocolate Torte ($8.49).

Roxanne's Fine Cuisine Gourmet Raw FoodsRaw and living foods are fresh fruits, vegetables and nuts that are not heated above 118 degrees Fahrenheit to preserve their natural enzymes, vitamins and micronutrients. Klein draws on her professional training as a chef and extensive recipe development and testing to make foods that are notable for their exquisite flavors and textures.

Klein received international recognition for her Roxanne’s restaurant in Marin County, which she and her husband Michael Klein opened in 2002 featuring her innovative raw food preparations in a fine-dining setting. She co-authored the cookbook “Raw” with Charlie Trotter and was lauded by food critics around the country for her artistry and ability to create layers of flavor.
