Store Manager Randy Slate Randy Slate always has a smile and a “Hi, how are you?” for everyone he meets. His homegrown Petaluma friendliness creates an atmosphere of teamwork and positivity that motivates his store’s team members to give their best. Randy has adapted his 25-year background of working for a big-box chain to the more intimate Woodlands style and has been a fantastic member of the Woodlands family since 2012. Next time you’re in our Kentfield store, keep a lookout for Randy. If he’s not up front, you can often find him working the aisles, where he likes to personally make sure that everything is shipshape for you.
