Woodlands Pet Shop will complement the Woodlands Market that leased space last March in Tishman Speyer’s LUMINA, the new 656 residence luxury condominium community rising at 201 Folsom Street. The pet shop will occupy the 1,143 square foot retail space on the corner of Beale and Folsom Streets. Open seven days a week, Woodlands Pet Shop will offer convenience for neighborhood pet owners with high quality pet foods and accessories.
“We are excited to offer the same level of quality and healthy products that we provide in our markets to the beloved pets living at LUMINA and throughout the SoMa community,” said Don Santa, Woodlands Market’s Founder/CEO and San Francisco native. “LUMINA is an ideal location for our new pet shop with the growing addition of hundreds of new homes in the neighborhood.’’
Woodlands Pet Shop will provide a much-needed convenience to the neighborhood. “The addition of Woodlands Pet Shop will be an added amenity for residents moving into the community as well as those already living in the vicinity,” said Carl Shannon, Tishman Speyer’s Senior Managing Director for Northern California. “Anyone who owns a pet will understand that this is will add a much needed amenity for pet owners in the SoMa neighborhood.”
